Phoenix Mechanical provided a complete Core/Shell HVAC System for the 130,000 sq. ft. office building renovation.
HVAC SYSTEM
Installed HVAC systems include (2) 180 ton custom packaged VAV RTU with evaporation condensers, (2) 1050 MBH condensing natural gas boilers, sheet metal and mechanical piping risers to accommodate future tenant fit out.
