Gas and steam fit up for new steam generators and wheat heaters (dual system).
HVAC SYSTEM
Ardent is an existing eight story mill building. The addition is a new penthouse with two new steam generators. Phoenix was hired to design two gas risers to the new penthouse and equipment. Dual system stainless steel steam feeds were then run from the penthouse to the new wheat heaters housed in the facility which was in constant operation. High focus was paid on safety procedures and testing.
