Phoenix Mechanical provided a complete Core and HVAC System for the 120,000 sq. ft. office building renovation.
HVAC SYSTEM
Installed HVAC systems include (1) 120 ton packaged VAV RTU, (2) 100 ton packaged VAV RTU, (1) 30 ton VAV packaged RTU, (2) 1500 MBH condensing natural gas fired boilers, sheetmetal and mechanical piping risers to accommodate future tenant fit outs on all three floors.
