Introduction
Phoenix Mechanical Contracting, Inc. was founded in 1983. Our office is located in Natick, Massachusetts. We furnish and install Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC) in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
Our sales volume for fiscal year 2016 was approximately $22 million. Contracts range in value from $50,000.00 to over $18 million. We are bondable to over $18 million per project.
Over the past three decades, Phoenix has successfully completed over two thousand projects in the New England area. We service all of Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.
We are experienced in fast-track projects. Historically, up to twenty percent of our annual volume is done on a design/build basis. We are involved in many other projects where we affect the HVAC design and cost through value engineering or by working closely with the consulting engineer in a design and assist role. Phoenix is committed to lean manufacturing and modular building methods and has the resources to prefabricate pipe, duct and equipment systems to reduce field construction schedules.

For all projects, we utilize Procore, an online project management system. Our project management system, including purchase & delivery, scheduling, and estimating, is fully automated.
Although we construct HVAC projects of all sizes, our primary focus is with projects in the $1.5 million to $10 million range.
We are experienced in “Green Building” construction. Virtually all of our construction staff has completed formal LEED training. We currently have at least three certified LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) on our staff.
We are longtime members of the Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts.
