PROJECT INFORMATION
Renovations of three floors in mill building – two of the floors became offices and one floor was dedicated to manufacturing. Numerous IT and Data rooms were built throughout the project. Demo of existing ductwork and glycol systems had to take place to kick off the project.
HVAC
This project utilized full Revit coordination drawings. Simultaneous construction of all three floors was necessary in order to meet a demanding schedule. 24 VRF units and eight single split systems needed to be installed and working before the project was finished for early move in of servers and equipment. When the project was 80% complete, the owner and landlord decided to hire us to gut and rebuild all nine of the existing mechanical rooms including eighteen build-up air handling units with chilled water coils. This was accomplished before the project dead line.
