PROJECT INFORMATION
Renovation of 4 story office building. The entire building was gutted and rebuilt. Project was completed on an accelerated 7 month construction schedule.
HVAC SYSTEM
The HVAC systems were coordinated in 3D. The first floor of the building is lab space served by an energy recovery unit located in the attic. The lab exhaust system is controlled by Phoenix air valves. A new 250 ton chiller was rigged into the existing 2nd floor mechanical room. New chiller water system is part of a campus wide chilled water system. New custom air handling unit was rigged into existing attic through an existing louver opening. Floors 2 thru 4 are classrooms served by air handling units and VAV boxes with hot water reheat.
