Provide energy efficient HVAC system for new Innovation Lab, meeting rooms and laser lab.
HVAC SYSTEM
Roof top energy recovery unit supplies air to a variable refrigerant heat pumps for main space temperature control. Additional variable refrigerant ceiling cassettes installed in the adjacent meeting room and laser laboratory. Destratification fans were installed to circulate air on temperature satisfied days. A high static fan installed to exhaust fumes from laser lab. A refrigerant to water heat exchanger provides heat to the radiant floor tubing installed in main lab. New BMS system installed and integrated with alarm notification.
