HVAC SYSTEM
Phoenix Mechanical produced complete 3D coordination drawings for this project.
For the main building, cooling and heating were provided by chilled beams and radiant ceiling panels. Ventilation for the chilled beams was provided by three rooftop AC units along with medium pressure ductwork, terminal units, and low velocity ductwork. Chilled water was produced by water-cooled chillers. Hot water was produced by gas-fired boilers. Complete piping distribution system was also included. Co-generation was provided by gas-fired turbines and gas-fired absorption chiller. A full Siemens energy management system was provided.
Phoenix Mechanical utilized multiple sheet metal subcontractors, piping subcontractors, and insulation subcontractors to maintain the project schedule as the various buildings and phases were constructed concurrently.
