PROJECT INFORMATION
Base building renovation of 11 story office building. Renovations included a 4 story addition.
HVAC
Project included installation of two new 200 ton chillers in the 11th floor mechanical room and associated cooling tower on the roof. New systems included two stair pressurization systems for existing stairwells. New energy recovery system located in the ground floor mechanical room. New hot water plant installed included 3 Fulton high efficiency boilers.
