Phoenix Mechanical provided a complete HVAC System for the 22,000 sq. ft. laboratory space fit up of the 3rd and 4th floor of 110 Canal St.
HVAC SYSTEM
Installed HVAC systems include a 40 ton packaged VAV RTU, 8,000 CFM Lab Exhaust Plenum with heat recovery, fan powered VAV terminal units with hot water reheat, lab exhaust valve terminal units, and a compete BMS system for monitoring and control of laboratory mechanical systems.
